Bennett Siegel brings length, patience, and a fresh-bat spark to ODU’s outfield mix
In the 2026 season, Bennett Siegel has been used as a left-field option and pinch-hitter for Old Dominion, showing a role-player profile built around athleticism and flexibility rather than gaudy counting stats[1][2]. His recruiting profile lists him as a 6-1, 185-pound RHP/OF, which hints at two-way athleticism and defensive versatility[3]. The fit question is simple: if a team wants a high-energy, adaptable outfielder who can grind at-bats and stay ready for opportunistic damage, Siegel is intriguing; if it wants a finished middle-of-the-order bat, he’s not there yet[1][2].
