Monmouth’s two-way spark with clutch-bat chops and starter grit
In the 2025 season, Jayla Cadena hit .242 with 30 hits, 13 RBI, 6 doubles, and a walk-off single that helped lock up a key win, while Monmouth’s 2026 stats show her continuing to contribute in multiple spots. She stands out for doing a little of everything—pitching, batting, and coming through in pressure moments—plus a scrappy, team-first profile that coaches tend to love. If you want versatility, competitiveness, and a player who’s not afraid of the big moment, she’s a real fit.
