rising MAC edge defender with real run-stuffing bite
In the 2025 season, Isaiah Thomison gave Bowling Green a sturdy 6-foot-3, 280-pound edge presence, posting 12 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, and three quarterback hurries in 10 games before transferring to Illinois. His calling card is power and disruption at the point of attack: he can squeeze runs, set a firm edge, and flash enough burst to make plays in the backfield. He’s not a finished product, but his physicality, motor, and versatility make him the kind of low-drama, high-upside DL piece coaches like to plug into a rotation.
