6-11 Montana State forward Calum Rutherfurd is a low-usage size play with intriguing upside
In the 2025-26 season, Rutherfurd has been a deep-bench forward for Montana State, appearing in five games and producing five points and five rebounds in 15 total minutes, with his best trait being obvious: legit Division I size at 6-foot-11 and 225 pounds. He’s still proving himself, but the frame, the redshirt development path, and the steady role at Montana State suggest a developmental big who could fit a team needing length, patience, and interior upside rather than immediate scoring punch.
