Two-way scoring guard who brings toughness, steals, and shot-making
Tapley was a high-impact San Diego State guard whose best trait was his complete two-way profile: in his 2012-13 season, he averaged 15.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.8 steals while shooting 43.3% from three, showing he could score, defend, and play with real efficiency.[6] He also earned Mountain West Co-Player of the Week honors after big games against Washington and then-No. 24/23 California, which supports the view that he competed well in high-leverage moments.[5]
