Collin Johnson brings veteran guard savvy to Coppin State

Collin Johnson is a seasoned Coppin State guard whose value is more about poise, experience, and steady role-play than headline-grabbing scoring. In his Coppin State career, he appeared in 68 games with 12 starts, including 24 games and eight starts as a junior, and earlier reports noted he averaged 2.1 points and 1.4 rebounds per game while providing backcourt depth and toughness. He’s the kind of player coaches trust to know the scheme, compete hard, and settle a team down—more glue guy than gas pedal, which can be exactly the right fit if a roster needs maturity and dependability.
