Durable West Georgia Righty With Strikeout Ability
Torres has been one of West Georgia’s workhorse arms in 2026, logging 58 innings and striking out 47 batters while giving the Wolves a dependable right-handed option on the mound.[5][7] The raw results are mixed, with a 7.45 ERA, but his value shows up in volume, competitiveness, and the ability to miss bats in a starter’s role.[5][7] Listed at 6-foot-2 and 170 pounds, he brings a projectable frame and has shown velocity up to 86 mph in earlier evaluations, making him more of a development fit than an immediate plug-and-play ace.[2][3]
