Fordham’s ball-hawking DB who keeps showing up on the stat sheet
Alex Kemper has been one of Fordham’s most dependable defensive backs, starting all 12 games in the 2024 season and earning Third Team All-Patriot League recognition from Phil Steele. In the 2024 season, he posted 43 tackles, 11 pass breakups, 1 interception, 1 sack, and 1 forced-fumble recovery, plus a pick-six on a lateraled interception against Georgetown. The big draw here is coverage consistency, playmaking instincts, and a knack for turning clean reps into game-changing moments, which is exactly the kind of DB coaches love to trust.
