Mason Koczwara brings size, strike-throwing flashes, and bullpen versatility to FIU
Mason Koczwara is a 6-foot-4, 220-pound right-hander for FIU who has shown real value as a multi-inning arm in the 2026 season, logging 22.2 innings with 29 strikeouts and earning his first win with two no-hit innings against Florida Atlantic. He’s the kind of pitcher who can change a game with a power frame and a competitive edge, though his 6.62 ERA and a few uneven outings suggest he’s still ironing out consistency. If you want a live arm with upside and swing-and-miss traits, he’s worth a look.
