Kevin Novobilsky brings a proven bat, veteran contact skills, and Jersey roots to Rutgers
A graduate transfer from UNC Wilmington, Kevin Novobilsky returned home to Rutgers in 2026 after flashing real production earlier in his college career and showing he can be a polished, experienced INF with a left-handed bat and right-handed throw. His 2023 season at Stockton was loud: .380 average, 65 hits, 44 runs, 8 home runs, and 44 RBI, which is the kind of stat line that says he can impact a lineup when he’s rolling. He also stood out as a high-contact, high-usage player who wants to come back home and compete at the highest level.
