Kade Kostus brings proven MAC experience and disruptive DL upside to Central Michigan
Kostus is a 6-foot-2, 260-pound defensive lineman who has logged real snaps for Central Michigan, including 12 starts in 2024 and preseason Third Team All-MAC recognition entering 2025. His value is in steady trench production and versatility: he has shown the ability to finish plays against the run and create occasional backfield disruption, with 24 tackles and 1.5 sacks in 2024. Beyond the box score, his repeated starting role and strong ratings for strength and tackling suggest a reliable, physical fit for teams needing an experienced, high-motor interior defender.[5][2][3]
