Blaze Nield brings steady point-guard value to Utah Valley
Blaze Nield is a **6'1" guard** who adds **ball-handling, playmaking, and veteran poise** to Utah Valley, with career evidence of creating offense beyond scoring—he posted **20.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.6 steals** at Utah State Eastern before reaching the Division I level. His current output at Utah Valley is more modest at **4.4 points and 2.5 assists per game** on **41.8% shooting**, but his profile suggests a reliable connector who can organize an offense, defend the point of attack, and fit a team that values steadiness over flash.[2][3]
