Miles Barbrey brings contact-first upside and freshman infield depth to The Citadel
Barbrey is a **freshman infielder** at The Citadel who has already shown he can contribute offensively, batting **.235** in 2026 and producing a **.442** average in one recent sample while appearing in the lineup as a versatile roster piece.[1][4] At **5-10, 180**, he profiles more as a grinder than a big-power bat, which can make him a useful fit if you want an infield option who competes, fills roles, and still has room to grow as he gains college reps.[4] Perfect Game also listed him as a **Class of 2025** prospect, adding some recruiting pedigree to the profile.[3]
