Will Bomersbach gives Morehead State a lefty-bat catching option with pop
Will Bomersbach is a graduate catcher for Morehead State in the 2026 season, and he has already shown game-changing upside with a pinch-hit solo homer against Winthrop on Feb. 21, 2026[1][2]. The biggest appeal is his power potential and roster flexibility: he can provide offense in short bursts while also giving the Eagles another experienced backstop in a demanding position[1][3]. He looks like the kind of player you want if you value maturity, energy, and a bat that can change a game fast, even if the stat line doesn’t always scream star power[2][3].
