Anthony Wilson Jr. brings veteran stability and ball production to WVU’s secondary
Wilson Jr. enters the 2024 season as a senior safety at West Virginia, with a compact, physical build and a track record of making plays in coverage and around the ball. In the 2024 season, he played 13 games and produced 2 interceptions, 79 return yards, and 1 touchdown, showing the kind of opportunistic, game-flipping value coaches love in the back end.[2][3] He looks like a fit for teams that want experience, reliability, and a safety who can handle assignments without shrinking from contact.
