Sam Adams II brings size, versatility, and red-zone punch to Sacramento State
In the 2025 season, Sam Adams II gave Sacramento State a valuable two-way weapon: 181 rushing yards and 3 rushing touchdowns, plus 9 catches for 134 yards and 2 scores across all 12 games, showing he can help as both a runner and a pass-catcher. At 6'2" and 224 pounds, he offers a big-back frame, downhill power, and matchup flexibility in the Hornets’ offense. The key fit question is durability and role volume, but his production, size, and receiving ability make him an intriguing fit for a team that wants a versatile RB with NFL-style physicality.
