Big-bodied tight end with sneaky room to grow
In the 2025 season, Cooper Alexander flashed as a developing Iowa State tight end, appearing in 11 games and catching 5 passes for 47 yards after redshirting in 2024. He profiles as a sturdy 6-foot-4, 245-pound TE whose value goes beyond box-score stats: he was primarily used as a blocker, showed enough reliability to earn snaps, and brings three seasons of eligibility. As a former three-star recruit with Power-conference interest, he looks like a classic work-in-progress fit for teams wanting size, effort, and upside at tight end.
