Sabrina Lewis adds steady guard depth and earned a Most Improved nod at JCSU
Sabrina Lewis is a 5-foot-6 junior guard from Charlotte who gives Johnson C. Smith reliable backcourt depth, and the program’s 2026 awards named her its Most Improved Player—a strong clue that her value is rising fast. In the 2025-26 season, she logged 16 games and averaged 11.3 minutes, with 0.9 points and 0.3 assists per game, but she showed flashes as a perimeter threat, including two 3-pointers in a February 2026 game against Livingstone. She looks like a smart fit for a team that wants effort, growth, and a guard who’s trending up.
