Senior Texas A&M Punter Still Waiting for a Real Breakout
Truette Tumey is a senior punter at Texas A&M, but his Aggie résumé is still pretty light: the 12th Man roster says he did not see the field in 2023 or 2024, and a 2026 transfer-portal note says he played in just one game for Texas A&M, coming against Samford. That makes him more of a depth-and-development story than a stat-sheet star right now, but specialists can be sneaky valuable if they flip field position and bring consistency when called. If you need immediate production, the evidence is thin; if you want a long-term special-teams project, there’s at least a pulse.
