Michael Trommer is Bucknell’s steady middle-order spark in a breakout 2026
In the 2026 season, Michael Trommer has been one of Bucknell’s most productive and reliable bats, hitting .295 with a .935 OPS, 9 home runs, 22 RBIs, 40 runs scored, and 16 multi-hit games while ranking among the Patriot League leaders in average and OPS. He brings length in the lineup, extra-base pop, and a disciplined approach that shows up in his walks and ability to reach base. The added bonus: Bucknell’s own release says he earned a second First Team All-Patriot League nod, and he’s also been a 4.00 GPA academic standout—good player, good head, good fit.
