Wofford’s Dynamic Outfield Catalyst with Elite Defensive Flair
Rivers Sampson has emerged as a key offensive spark and defensive standout for the Wofford Terriers, highlighted by a double in a recent doubleheader against Samford and a highlight-reel catch in the 2026 SoCon Softball Tournament. Her combination of speed, aggressive baserunning, and sure hands in the outfield makes her a matchup nightmare and a high-upside fit for programs valuing intensity, versatility, and clutch play.
