Garcia has emerged as a high-impact two-way guard for Merrimack, highlighted by a 2026 MAAC Defensive Player of the Year season, a conference-record 80 steals, and strong late-season scoring bursts. In 2024-25, she started all 31 games and averaged 9.3 points per game while leading the team in steals with 56, showing she can pressure the ball, create turnovers, and still contribute offense.
