Freshman Floor General Orchestrating Massachusetts' Backcourt
The 5'6" Queens native is making an immediate impact as a freshman guard for the Minutewomen, averaging 16.5 points and 4.9 assists per game in the 2025-26 season[1][3]. McKayle's elite playmaking ranks 39th nationally in assists per game[3], showcasing her ability to run the offense and create for teammates—a rare skill for a freshman. While her 40% field goal percentage indicates room for efficiency growth, her 35.9% three-point shooting and ball-handling prowess suggest a complete offensive skill set. She's a high-volume contributor (30.4 minutes per game[2]) who plays with maturity beyond her years, making her an ideal fit for programs seeking a long-term, versatile backcourt anchor with proven court vision and scoring touch.
