Javon McKay brings veteran two-way toughness to Tennessee Tech
Javon McKay is a 6-foot-5 guard/forward whose game has long leaned on versatility, rebounding, and defensive activity rather than flashy scoring. In the 2012-13 season, he averaged 3.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in 29 games, and his career profile shows a durable, team-first wing who can guard multiple spots and finish plays on the glass. Tennessee Tech also noted his standout impact defensively, including more than 70 career steals and 49 blocks across five seasons, which is a rare stat line for a perimeter player. If you want a gritty glue guy, he fits.
