High-upside, low-drama engine for Presbyterian’s passing game
Hurst has emerged as a polished, efficient quarterback for Presbyterian, pairing high completion rates with strong touchdown production and very few interceptions; in 2024 he earned Pioneer Football League Freshman Offensive Player of the Year honors after throwing for 2,382 yards and 22 total touchdowns, and in 2025 he was named PFL Offensive Player of the Year after passing for 2,684 yards and 26 TDs. His differentiators are accuracy, poise, and the ability to keep drives alive without gifting the ball away, making him a strong fit for teams that want a reliable point guard at QB with playmaking upside.
