Elite Freshman QB with Cannon Arm, Now Thriving at Virginia Tech
Bryce Baker, a 6'3" four-star QB from East Forsyth HS, exploded for 3,523 yards, 40 TDs, and just 5 INTs (74.8% completion) in his 2024 senior season, leading his team to a 23-3 record over two years—pure dual-threat dynamo with poise in blowouts and Elite 11 polish.[1][3][4] After transferring from UNC (74 OVR in CFB 26) to Hokies post-Belichick era, his accuracy, mobility (536 rush yds, 9 TDs as senior), and unflappable intensity make him a rising star worth watching; perfect fit for pro-style offenses needing a gunslinger with zero drama.[2][3][4]
