Homegrown Panthers DL with a motor and a growing role
Archibald is an Eastern Illinois defensive lineman whose value goes beyond the box score: in the 2025 season, he played all 12 games, logged 8 tackles, and showed up in key spots with a season-high 3 tackles at Western Illinois plus a half TFL in a win over Tennessee State. He entered college as a walk-on and earned a scholarship, which says plenty about his grit and buy-in. At 6'2" and around 250 pounds in 2026, he looks like a steady, coach-trustable interior piece who brings effort, toughness, and hometown pride.
