Kade Houston gives Sam Houston a sturdy, senior linebacker presence
Kade Houston is a 2026 senior linebacker for Sam Houston at 6'1", 225 pounds, and his profile suggests a dependable, physical defender who brings experience and stability to the middle of the Bearkats’ defense. He’s the kind of player coaches trust for assignment soundness and toughness rather than flashy stat-chasing, with a build that fits a downhill, contact-first role. Current public stat detail was limited in the available sources, but his senior status, active roster spot, and steady linebacker frame make him a useful fit for a team wanting a mature, no-nonsense tackler.
