a 6-foot-3 freshman guard trying to earn real minutes at FAMU
In the 2025-26 season, Amir Rahman is a true freshman guard at Florida A&M, listed at 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds, with very limited early production: roughly 0.6–0.7 points per game in small minutes across the available stat trackers.[1][2][3] The upside is the frame and position fit — a bigger guard who can grow into a rotation role — but right now the main story is development, not box-score volume, so he’s more of a long-term fit than an immediate impact add.[1][2][3]
