Dylan Immel brings veteran innings and a proven bullpen-to-rotation track record to Valpo
Immel is a right-handed senior transfer who has logged real college mileage, including 27 appearances and 10 starts at Sioux Falls with four saves and four wins over 2024-25, then moved into Valparaiso’s 2026 staff as a steady, experienced arm. His appeal is not overpowering run prevention right now—he has a 2026 ERA of 8.35 with 11 strikeouts in 18.1 innings—but rather his volume, role flexibility, and live-game experience in both relief and starting spots. He looks like a fit for a team needing a battle-tested innings eater who can handle multiple roles.
