Nicholls' Rising Left-Handed Pitcher with Elite Control and Freshman Intensity
In the 2025 season, Lexi Dulany, a 5'8" left-handed pitcher for the Nicholls Colonels, delivered a standout 5-inning performance allowing just 1 hit and 1 run while striking out 2 batters, showcasing elite control that defies her high 16.80 ERA from limited 2024 appearances (0.2 innings). As a freshman with 3 years of eligibility remaining, Dulany differentiates herself through relentless intensity, a calm circle demeanor, and a rapid ascent from state runner-up in 2024 to a key circle contributor in 2025. Her personality blends quiet confidence with fierce competitiveness, making her a high-fit prospect for teams seeking a developing lefty with proven resilience and room to grow. No major injury history is reported, and her upward trajectory suggests she’s a smart long-term investment.
