DePaul’s smooth-shooting wing with pro-level perimeter juice
In the 2022-23 season at DePaul, Javan Johnson averaged 14.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists while shooting 41.2% from three, making him a high-value floor spacer who can also rebound and create a bit off the bounce. He missed most of his first DePaul season with a hand injury, but when healthy he brings length, confidence and real shot-making gravity; the knock is that he’s more perimeter-oriented than rim-pressure heavy. If your team needs a versatile forward who can stretch defenses, Johnson is absolutely worth a look.
