veteran Cajuns guard with two-way juice and a scorer’s mindset
Frank Bartley was a high-upside Louisiana guard for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons, known for efficient scoring, defensive playmaking, and veteran toughness: in 2016-17 he averaged 15.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.7 steals per game, and in 2017-18 he led the team with 17.8 points per game while earning first-team All-Louisiana and LSWA Player of the Year honors. He’s the kind of guard who can tilt a game with shot-making, steals, and intensity, plus he already showed leadership as a captain-level contributor and 1,000-point scorer, which makes him a strong fit for teams needing poise and punch on both ends.
