In the 2024 season, Re'Shaun Sanford II led Houston with 444 rushing yards on 94 carries and added 157 receiving yards, showing burst, versatility, and real third-down value; he also handled 18 receptions and scored once on the ground.[3][6] At 5-foot-9 and around 185–190 pounds, he’s been described as a change-of-pace back and one of Houston’s better pass-blockers, with kickoff/punt-return utility that boosts his fit in multiple roles.[2][11] The big question is health: he’s coming off ACL recovery, so the upside is clear if the burst returns.[11]
