Noah Quarless is emerging as a two-way impact catcher for Western Carolina
Quarless is coming off a strong 2025 redshirt-freshman season, hitting .298 with six home runs, 12 extra-base hits, 21 RBI, and nine runners caught stealing in 31 starts behind the plate, then opened 2026 by earning SoCon Player of the Week honors after a .600 weekend with a walk-off homer. He stands out for legitimate bat-to-ball pop, clutch production, and improving defensive value as a returning starter. If you want a catcher who can handle the staff and create damage in key moments, he looks like a real fit.
