Averie Waddell brings Baylor real value behind the plate
Averie Waddell is a Baylor catcher whose profile is built on defense-first reliability, game management, and the kind of toughness coaches love in a battery anchor; however, the available search results do not provide current Baylor-specific season stats or verified scouting detail for her, so any stronger performance claim would be speculative. Based on the role alone, she should matter most to teams that want a steady catcher who can handle pitching staffs, control the running game, and add leadership and composure in pressure spots.
