Big-play TE with rare efficiency, but a low-volume role
In the 2025 season, Liberty tight end Caleb Ryan was a classic explosives-over-volume weapon: 4 catches for 87 yards, a gaudy 21.8 yards per catch, and a long of 56 yards. That tells the story—he’s not yet a high-usage centerpiece, but he can flip field position and stress defenses when he’s involved. At 6'2" and 240 pounds, he brings a compact, physical build with proven big-play upside; if your team wants a matchup piece who can create chunk gains rather than a target hog, he’s an interesting fit.
