Franklyn Penn Jr. brings steady two-way length to Cleveland State’s backcourt
In the season data available, Franklyn Penn Jr. profiles as a reliable 6-foot-3 guard who contributes across the board, with career marks of 5.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game while shooting 38.7% from the field. His differentiator is size and versatility for a guard: he rebounds well, can defend multiple spots, and has a physical, experienced profile that fits a gritty, low-drama role. The knock is clear ceiling as a scorer, but if a team needs toughness, length and dependable rotation minutes, he’s a sensible fit.
