En'Dya Buford brings efficient scoring and veteran poise to ODU's backcourt
Buford is a high-impact, all-around guard for Old Dominion who was named to the All-Sun Belt Third Team in 2025-26 after starting all 31 games and ranking second on the team at 11.9 points per game; earlier in the season, she also earned weekly conference honors by producing efficient scoring, rebounding, assists, and steals in key wins. What makes her valuable is her two-way steadiness, shot-making from deep, and a mature, team-first fit—ODU describes her as choosing the program because it felt like a home away from home with coaches who care on and off the court.[2][7][1]
