Wesley Cupps brings a big lefty frame and steady strike-throwing to Ohio
In the 2026 season, Wesley Cupps has shown usable mid-rotation depth for Ohio, making 9 appearances and logging 13.1 innings with 7 strikeouts; his 6'3", 190-pound left-handed build gives him starter potential, while his background as a multi-year captain and state-runner-up contributor suggests competitiveness and composure that go beyond the box score. He looks like a fit for teams valuing size, toughness, and developmental upside more than instant ace-level stuff.
