veteran lefty depth piece for Miami (OH)
In the 2026 season, Nick Vardavas is listed as a senior left-handed pitcher for Miami (OH), giving the RedHawks an experienced bullpen/rotation option with local roots and a compact 5-foot-11, 190-pound frame[1]. His value is less about flashy profile and more about dependable left-handed depth, age, and familiarity with the program—traits that can matter a lot in college baseball when a staff needs someone who can handle situational innings and keep a game from slipping away[1].
