Redshirt Sophomore INF/OF with Elite Batting Intensity and UMass Five Honors
Ty Fox is a 6'2", 195-lb Redshirt Sophomore INF/OF for the Massachusetts Minutemen who stands out not just for his .273 collegiate batting average and 28 RBIs [1], but for his relentless, high-intensity playing style that flipped scores in key opening weekend wins [4]. Differentiating himself from typical stats, Fox is a three-time all-state high school standout from Brother Rice who batted .419 with 8 stolen bases pre-college [2], and his 'double trouble' on-field chemistry with teammates earned him UMass Five Student Athlete of the Week honors alongside Kelsey Blanchette [7]. With a left-handed bat and right-handed throw, he brings championship DNA from his 2023 PBR national champion club team [2], making him a perfect fit for teams needing a versatile, battle-tested player who plays with elite intensity and a winning personality.
