David Adolph is Ohio State’s trusted 6-foot-5 veteran receiver and blocker
A former walk-on turned fifth-year Buckeye, David Adolph brings size, reliability, and special-teams value more than headline-catching production; in the 2025 season, he logged 3 catches for 31 yards, and across 40 career games he has totaled 4 catches for 41 yards. The big differentiator is trust: Ohio State has used him in 28 of the last 29 games in the 2023 and 2024 seasons, and he’s praised as a dependable blocker and special-teams contributor. If your team wants a high-effort, low-drama, team-first WR who does the dirty work, Adolph fits the bill.
