Otto Aaland brings size, spacing, and a proven scoring role to Buena Vista
Aaland is a 6'6" forward from Durango HS who arrived at Buena Vista with real game experience and a track record as a productive secondary scorer, finishing his 2023-24 high school season as Durango’s fourth-leading scorer at 5.3 points per game.[3] He projects as a fit for teams that value length, versatility, and a forward who can compete in a younger, faster system, though Buena Vista’s current roster page does not list 2025-26 stats yet, so his college impact has to be judged more on role and upside than box-score volume.[1][3]
