Brady Shannon brings real juice to YSU’s outfield and lineup
Brady Shannon is a 6-foot-2, 225-pound senior outfielder for Youngstown State who has shown legitimate middle-of-the-order power, including a 2025 season where he hit .233 with 10 home runs and 22 RBI in 45 games, then followed with a 2026 go-ahead three-run homer against Georgetown. He stands out for physicality, pull-side pop, and the added wrinkle of being a two-sport competitor before focusing fully on baseball, which speaks to toughness and competitiveness. If you need an energetic, power-first corner outfielder with local grit, he’s a fit.
