Connor Knight arrived at McNeese as a 6-foot-3, 298-pound defensive lineman with Power Four recruiting pedigree, originally signing with UAB before transferring to the Cowboys in December 2023. He was a redshirt in 2023 at UAB, so the appeal here is projection: he brings size, physicality, and upside rather than a long stat trail, and McNeese listed him on its 2024 roster with no recorded game stats that season.
