Senior left the circle and Utah Tech’s steady, battle-tested arm
Sauren Garton has been a reliable senior presence for Utah Tech in the 2026 season, highlighted by a complete-game shutout of Utah State on March 1 and a deep, competitive outing against Utah Valley on March 20. She’s a tough right-hander who can work through trouble, attack hitters, and give a staff innings when the game gets gritty—exactly the kind of pitcher coaches trust when the temperature rises. Her track record also includes WAC Pitcher of the Week honors in 2023, which backs up the eye test: competitive, composed, and built for meaningful innings.
