West Georgia’s experienced righty with swing-and-miss flashes
In the 2025 season, Gavin Mask was a high-usage arm for West Georgia, appearing in a team-high 19 games and posting 24 strikeouts in 22 innings, with a 2-1 record and the best win percentage on the staff. Coaches praised his command and a good three-pitch mix, and he’s shown he can miss bats while giving the Wolves flexible innings out of the rotation or bullpen. The early 2026 line has been rough, but the upside is clear: strike-throwing experience, competitiveness, and enough pitchability to fit a staff that values versatility.
