David Green brings a big leg and elite accuracy to UNC’s future special teams
David Green, a 2026 kicker from High Point Christian Academy, is viewed as a top-tier specialist with a big leg, strong form, and reliable accuracy under pressure. In his junior season, he went 7-for-9 on field goals and 59-for-59 on extra points, and UNC’s own bio says he was 126-for-126 on PATs with 109 touchbacks across his first three high school seasons. He’s also an Under Armour All-America honoree and two-time All-State selection, which fits the profile of a kickoff-and-field-goal weapon who can change field position fast.
