ETSU bullpen arm Carter Oliff brings veteran size, poise, and strikeout flashes
Carter Oliff is a big, experienced right-hander for East Tennessee State who has been used almost exclusively out of the bullpen, and in the 2026 season he’s shown he can handle leverage: he was credited with wins in key outings, including a 3.2-inning relief performance against Marist with 4 strikeouts, and another solid appearance at VMI with 2 scoreless innings to earn the win. ETSU’s coaches clearly trust him in tight spots, and at 6'3"/225 he gives you the physicality, mound presence, and out-pitch potential that play in tough late-game innings.
